Hala garanti altında olan Varta aküm problemli çıkınca (bu onların ilk Varta garanti problemi imiş!), hem değiştirme yolunda hemde arabada arızaya başka bir sebep olup olmadığına dair çalışma yaptılar, önerilerde bulundular. Ellerinde yenisi olmadığından geçici bir akü ile mağdur olmamamı da sağladılar, ve sonra ürünü değiştirdiler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
 Emre and Yavuz are knowledgeable and attentive to customer service. When the Varta battery, which is still under warranty, came out with a problem (this was their first Varta warranty problem!), they did a study to see if there was another reason for the malfunction, both on the replacement path and on the car, and made suggestions. They also ensured that I did not suffer with a temporary battery since they did not have a new one, and then they changed the product. I would definitely recommend.
