★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İzmir’den gidip çok uzun süre iş icabı kaldığım Adana’da bir çok yerde kebap ve türevlerini yedim fakat en iyi kıyma ve ciğeri Ali ustanın dükkanında yedim. Dışarıdan bakıp girmekte zorlanabilirsiniz fakat lezzet olarak üst seviye bir mekan.
I have eaten kebab and its derivatives in many places in Adana where I went from Izmir and stayed for a long time, but I ate the best minced meat and liver in Ali shop. You may find it difficult to look in from the outside, but it is a high-end place in terms of taste.

Eski Adana'nın kebap lezzetini hala koruyan ve hala dana eti karıştırmadan kebap yapan ender mekanlardan. Ciger ve yağlı karasini da kesinlikle denemenizi tavsiye ederim.
The environment is very friendly and the employees are smiling.
It is one of the rare places that still preserves the kebab flavor of the old Adana and still makes kebab without mixing veal. I definitely recommend you to try the liver and oily black.
