Mahalleli için yeterli, ancak eşref Bitlis Caddesi hemen dibinden geçiyor, ger ne kadar arada ağaçlık bir alan olsa da çocuklar için çok güvenilir bir yer mi emin değilim. ama çocuklar için daha fazla oyun alanı mevcut diğer parka göre. masalı oturma alanları mevcut.
 One of the two parks in Varlık Mahallesi. It is enough for the neighborhood, but Eşref Bitlis Avenue runs right next to it, although it is a wooded area, I am not sure if it is a very safe place for children. but there are more playgrounds for children than any other park. There are tables sitting areas.
