Sabah söylenen saatten ofisin açıldığı 9 buçuğa kadar bakledik. Gelen giden olmadı. Ne telefonda ne de yüzyüze mantıklı bir açıklama yapılamadı. Sorumsuzluk, umursamazlık ne derseniz deyin yani. Sabahın körü kalktığımıza mı, günümüzün ziyan olduğuna mı yanalım bilemedim. Ben bunca acente varken buraya uğramayın, insanlara da güvenmeyin derim.
 We booked a place for the Batumi tour by phone. We were told that we could pay the fee in the vehicle. We were told to wait in front of the office at seven in the morning and be taken from there. We looked from the morning told to 9-thirty when the office opened. No incoming or outgoing. No reasonable explanation could be made, neither on the phone nor in person. Irresponsible, indifference, whatever you say, I mean. I did not know whether we should be waking up in the morning or that our day is a waste. When there are so many agencies, I say don't stop here, don't trust people.
