Kapalı alanda ve onlarca insanın bulunduğu otobüste sigara içmenin cezası bir tarafa, insana saygı ve müşteriye özen göstermemeleri çok üzücü.....
The window next to the driver was defective (does not open) although I personally told him that the driver smoked.
Apart from the punishment of smoking in a closed area and in the bus with dozens of people, it is very sad that they do not show respect for people and care for the customer .....
