★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever you can see by Turkish Airlines. Very lazy, snobbish and moody ground service employees who have no idea of what customer service is; and i emailed the management of THY in Istanbul for a case i had with them but they were helpless as usual. If you can avoid Turkish Airlines in this airport or other airports, i advice you to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport is small and basic, but it has everything needed. The staff are friendly and the check in process is easy. It is reached by public transport like minibuses. It is close to the city center and the landing and take off views are also great. I went in Ramazan so I have no idea if there is good food or not but there was no lounge so I am cutting one star for this.
