★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees working at the front desk are so stressed and they have NO tolerance and you have to pay for their mistakes!!!!
I booked for the movie "Toy Story 4" for my 2 kids today but the front desk guy bought another movie (it was totally his mistake) and he did not issue another ticket for me with the movie i wanted with the seats i wanted. He said "my friends will help you, don't worry", but nothing happened in the right way as he promissed and i got a bad seats!!!
I was also told that adults didn't pay for this movie while i was asked to pay for it!! There are no fixed rules that apply for everyone!!!
I think it is not worth going to this movie theater and save your money for a better city with a better movie theater with better people that serve you and enjoy your time rather than spoil your time. I highly don't recommend it.
