very bad and not affordable at all

I like the apartments. Many of the apartments I have looked at have pros that do not exist. Some features; * Net m2 of the flat (202 m2), Average 150-160 m2. * Ceiling height (3.02 m), Normally average height 2.80 m. * 2 flats on three-sided completely independent floor, * Active island kitchen (with Island Aspirator), there is no aspirator in the island kitchens in the apartments I look at, they just put the counter and passed. There is an aspirator here, I think it is very important. * Frying room (Small kitchen. We visited a house in the block that the contractor built for himself. The house is big, but as an amateur, you can understand that there is very bad workmanship. There is half an inch of distance between the parquets, the walls are crooked. It does not promise anything in terms of the site.
