★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu yorumu erkek bölümü ' W ' için yazıyorum. Mağaza çalışanlarını ayrı tutarak, mağaza müdürü Ali Bey çok yorucu, almanız için ısrar eden, üçüncü sınıf esnaf minvalinde konuşan biri. 650 TL'ye aldığım kot pantolonun belini pens attırarak yaptırmışlar. Daha da kötüsü terziyi suçluyorlar ama ürün mağazaya gelince hiç mi kontrol etmiyorsunuz. Yıl olmuş 2021, Vakko gibi bir yerde beli orjinalinden değil de, pens atarak yaptırmak gerçekten hayal kırıklığı. İkinci gittiğimde ise bu defa paça darlığını yapamadıklarını gördüm. Sonra ben bu da olmamış deyince 'en iyisi siz kendiniz terziye gidin' vs demesi Ali Beyin kinayeliydi. Vakko ailesi böyle olmamalı ve müsamaha göstermemeli. Maksat sadece satmak değil, müşteriyi mutlu etmek olmalı.
 I'm writing this review for the men's section 'W'. Apart from the store employees, Ali Bey, the store manager, is very tiring, insisting that you buy, and speaking in the manner of a third-class tradesman. They had the waist of the jeans that I bought for 650 TL done by pulling the darts. Worse, they blame the tailor, but when the product comes to the store, you never check it. It's 2021, and it's really disappointing to have the waist done with forceps in a place like Vakko, not from the original. The second time I went, I saw that they couldn't make the trousers tight this time. Then, when I said that this didn't happen either, it was Ali Bey's allusion to him saying 'it's best you go to the tailor yourself' etc. The Vakko family should not be like this and should not tolerate it. The goal should not be just to sell, but to make the customer happy.
