★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vakıfbank şimdiye kadar hiç memnun olmadım bir çok sıkıntı yaşadım ilgilenmedi ne genel müdürlük nede müşteri temsilcileriniz yalan 26.05.2021 Ankara elvankent şubesi saat 15:00 ve 16:20 arası dışarıda sıcağın altında maskeyle beklerken iki adet müşteri temsilciniz 1 saat 20 dakikada kaç müşteriye hizmet vermiş siz genel müdürlük olarak inceleyin ekranları tüm işlemleri ben söyleyeyim 2 müşteri temsilciniz 1 saat 20 dakikada 2 müşteriye baktı arada müşteriler sigara molasında bile çıktı bu kadar sürede Eskişehire hızlı tren ile gidiyorum ankaradan yazıklar olsun bu konu ile buradan bile duyun şikayetimi oluşturdum bakalım ne olacak ama biliyorum hiç bir sey olmayacak sizde göz yumacaksınız eskiden olan şikayetlere göz yumduğunuz gibi şikayet oluşturdum bu gün görüşmede benle görüşülmüş personel uyarılmış sözde kendileri çalıp oynamış yine zeki Mürende bizi görecek mi ben ile kim hangi tarihte saat kaçta görüşmüş bulun eger görüştüyse görüştüm demiş müşteri memnuniyeti
