Thankfully, the security guards help, they give xchairs to old people. It's bad that they keep people waiting outside. We are waiting outside for 2 hours , the huge state bank deems it worthy of its customer .

I arrived at 15.40. I'm still standing in the street waiting in line. It's 4:55 p.m. and a lot of people are still waiting in line. Sooo slow sooo slow. I never recommend.
