★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bireysel müşteri hizmetlerindeki bayan bir rekor kırdı. Benimle sadece iki kelime konuştu ve el hareketleriyle beni yönlendirerek hesap açtırdı. Bu arada devamlı telefonda başkasıyla görüştü. En sonda bunu neden yaptığını sorduğumda ise karşıdakinin Cook önemli bir müşterisi olduğunu söyleyerek tam profesyonel!!!! bir bankacı olduğunu ispatladı.
 The lady in individual customer service broke a record. He spoke only two words to me and directed me with hand gestures and opened an account. In the meantime, he was constantly talking to someone else on the phone. At the end, when I asked why he did this, he said that the other person was an important customer of Cook, a full professional!!!! He proved to be a banker.
