★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kredi çektim. 1 yıl doldu yapmış oldukları kredi sigortası iptal etmek için defalarca aradım. Açan olmadı. Telefonları hiç bir şekilde cevap vermiyor, biliyorlar iptal için aradığımızı. Ama krediye vermeden önce ağam paşam idik.
 I took a loan. I have called many times to cancel the credit insurance they have done for 1 year. It didn't open. They never answer their phones, they know that we are calling for cancellation. But before we gave the loan, we were my agha pasha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ay önce yeni banka kart talebinde bulunmuştum. Dün kartımı almaya gittiğimde gişedeki kadın ben onu siz gelemezsiniz diyince iptal ettim demesi akıl alır gibi bişey değil. Benim talebim olmadan kartı kendi kafasına göre iptal edebilecek yetkiye sahipler pes. Vakifbankta işiniz varsa bu şubesini tercih etmeyin. Böyle köklü bir bankanın çalışanlarına azıcık terbiye ve kendi kafalarına göre hareket etmeyeceklerini öğretmesini beklerdim. YAZIK
I applied for a new debit card a month ago. When I went to get my card yesterday, the woman at the counter said that I canceled it when she said you can't come, it doesn't make sense. They have the authority to cancel the card at their own discretion without my request, give up. If you have a job at Vakifbank, do not choose this branch. I would expect a well-established bank like this to teach its employees a little decency and not to act on their own accord. WHAT A PITY
