We have agreed on the boiler installation of 140 flats of our site. In the beginning everything was very good. However, they later made a mess. First of all, although they said that they would install a turnkey combi boiler, they demanded an additional pipe fee of 200 TL from some apartments. Although many people objected, I did not object and gave 200 TL more. In our agreement, one wireless thermostat would be installed in each flat, included in the price. After the thermostats of many apartments were installed, they informed the rest by saying that there is a frequency conflict and that they can install it with a cable. I accepted it too. Although 8 months have passed so far, the thermostat for me and a few apartments has not been installed. Even though I called them many times, my phone was busy. When I reached them with a message, they replied with a message "We don't have the thermostat, we will install it when we arrive." It's not what it seems. A firm that chases small accounts and thinks it's making a profit. Today I complained about them to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm waiting for the result
