★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaillant kombi keşifi için telefon numaralarına ulaşamıyorsunuz ve geri dönüşte yapılmıyor. Keşif için bu kadar umursamaz olan bir firmanın satış sonrası hizmet kalitesizliğini düşünmek bile istemiyorum.
 You cannot reach the phone numbers for the Vaillant boiler discovery and it is not done on return. I do not even want to think about the poor quality of after-sales service of a company that is so reckless for discovery.

Petek taktırmak için gittik biz de sipariş verdik bekliyoruz diye diye 16 gün gecikti, müşteri hizmetleri petek var diyor bayinin kendi içinden birisi petek var diyor ama sonra u dönüşü yapıyor neden çünkü metresine 150-200 tl zam geleceğini bilip bekletmek için petek yok çekildi. 16 gün sonunda da vazgeçtik.
We were not satisfied at all. We went to have a honeycomb fitted, so we placed an order, it was 16 days late because we were waiting, customer service says there is a honeycomb, someone from inside the dealer says there is a honeycomb, but then he makes a u-turn, because he knows that there will be a 150-200 TL raise for his mistress and there is no honeycomb to keep him waiting. We gave up after 16 days.
