★ ★ ★ ★ ★ şehre ve metroya uzak olması dezavantaj yeni yeni gelişmekte olan bir bölge....yolları yeni yapıldı....sitenin 4+1 olması güzel....geniş alanda katta 2 daire bulunuyor tek blok var....otopark sorunu yok....yeşil alanıda yok...istanbul yoluna yakın olması dezavantaj...yazın pencereler açıkken çok araç gürültüsü gelebilir....sakinlik isteyen için şehre uzaklığından tercih sebebi olabilir....vasat bir site
 The disadvantage is that it is far from the city and the metro....it is a newly developing area....the roads have just been built....it is nice that the site is 4+1....there are 2 flats on the floor in a wide area, there is only one block....no parking problem. ...there is no green area...it is a disadvantage that it is close to the Istanbul road...in summer, when the windows are open, there may be a lot of vehicle noise....for those who want calmness, it may be preferred because of its distance from the city....a mediocre site
