★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satın aldığım ürünün kurulum aşamasında bozuk olduğunu fark ettik. Servis çalısanı garantiden değişcek dedi ve ölede oldu. Yeni üründe sıkıntı yok ama heran bozulacak die korkuyorum artık. Bu durum vestelin sorunu bence satış mağazasıyla alakası yok sözlerim mağazaya değil direk fabrikaya . Yerli mal alırsan böle oluyormuş işte.
We noticed that the product I purchased was damaged during installation. The service worker said it will be changed under warranty and it was dead. There is no problem with the new product, but I am afraid that it will break down anytime. This situation is Vestel's problem, I think it has nothing to do with the sales store, my words are not to the store, but directly to the factory. If you buy local goods, it is divided.
