Hemen yanıbaşında tünel ile bağlantısı olan Derinkuyu yer altı şehri var iken burasının neden bu halde olduğunu anlamış değilim. Bakım konusunda evet eksiklikleri var fakat yapı olarak sapasağlam ve görkemiyle ayakta duruyor. Kapısı kilitli, orada bir adam var çanın çalındığını iletiyor. Sanırım içerisinde hala ibadet yapılıyor. Bu sebeple kapıları kilitli duruyor. Girişteki çan kulesi de çanı olmamasına rağmen iyi durumda. Bahçesine ve içerisine önem verilirse turizm açısından çok büyük bir değer haline gelir. Dışarıdan hem fotoğraf çekebilir hem de bahçesini gezebilirsiniz.
