Quality service, reliable, honest, pleasant conversation operator. We chatted for a few hours. We gained a friend. I wish it wasn't just battery service. At the same time, auto repair, electricity, tire, butcher, delicatessen, greengrocer, white goods, carpet washing and so on. Why aren't they all? :)
