33 Yaşındayım. Çocukluğumdan Beri İki Taraflı Kulaklarımdan Sıkıntı Yaşıyorum. Sürekli Tüp Takıldı Antibiyotikler Damlalar Kullandım. Bunların Hepsi Bir Çözüm Ancak Hepsi Geçici Çözümdü. Kulağıma Ufak Bir Su Kaçtığında veya Üşütmede Tekrar Ağrı, Akıntı, İşitme Kaybı vs. Gibi Şikayetlerim Sürekli Nüksediyordu. Bunlar Zaman İçinde İşitme Kaybına Yol Açtığı İçin Artık Birisini Duyabilmek İçin Dikkatimi Tamamıyla Karşınızdaki Kişiye Verip Diğer Taraftan Gelen Sesleri Duymamanın Verdiği Özgüven Kaybı Benim İçin Anlatılmaz Hale Gelmeye Başlamıştı. Uzun Yıllar KBB Üzerine Ziyaret Etmediğim Doktor, Profesör Kalmadı. Ziyaret Ettiğim Hekimler Tarafından Sürekli Farklı Tedaviler Çözümsüzmüş Gibi Konuşmalar Duyunca İyice Karamsarlığa Düşmüştüm. En Sonunda Samsun’da Profesör’e Gidip Detaylı Muayene Oldum. Tomografi, MR, İşitme Testine Girdim. Kulağımda Kolesteatomlı Kronik İltihap Olduğu, Kulak Zarında Çökme, Kemikçik Zincirinde Bozulmalar ve İletim Tipi İşitme Kaybı Tanısı Kondu. İltihabın Kulak Kemikçiklerini Eritip Beyin Zarına Kadar Hasar Yaratabileceği Söylendi. Bu Operasyonun Bazı Riskleri Olduğundan Bahsetti Hoca. İşitmenin Tamamen Kaybolması ve Yüz Felci Gibi Riskler Olabileceğini Duyunca Ameliyat Masasına Yatmanın Riskleri Sürekli Kafamı Kurcalıyordu. Uzun Araştırmalarım, Çiğdem Karagündüz ve Alev Arıcan Mutlu’nun Tavsiyeleri Sonucunda Büyük Anadolu Hastanesi Meydan Şubesinde Sn.Davut Tepe Hocamızla Tanışma Fırsatım Oldu. Kendisi Öncelikle Güler Yüzü ve Net Konuşmaları İle Güven Verdi. Yapılacak Olan Operasyonun Risklerini ve Sonuçlarının O Kadar Net Bir Dille Anlattı ki Ameliyat Masasına Yattığımda Oluşabilecek Tüm Riskler Kafamdan Çıkmıştı. Önce Allah’a Sonra Davut Hocama Güvenerek 28.01.2020’de Ameliyat Masasına Yattım… Şükürler Olsun ki Korkularım Yerini İşitmemi Geri Kazanmayla Noktalanmıştı… 20.02.2020’de Tekrar Kontrole Gittim. Girmiş Olduğum Testte İşitme Kaybı %50-60 Azalma Göstermiş ve Zaman İçinde Daha da İyiye Gideceğini Söyledi Hocamız. I am 33 years old. Since I was a child, I am having trouble with my two-sided ears. Continuous Tube Attached Antibiotics Drops Used. All of them were a solution but they were all temporary solutions. When a Little Water Spills in My Ear or Chills Again Pain, Discharge, Hearing Loss etc. My complaints were constantly recurring. Because These Caused Hearing Loss Over Time, The Loss Of Self Confidence From Being Not Hearing To Hear The Voice From The Other Side To Be Altogether On The Other Person To Hear Someone Now Becomes Inexplicable To Me. Doctor I Have Not Visited For ENT Long Years, There Is No Professor. I was thoroughly pessimistic when I heard speeches by doctors I visited constantly as if different treatments were unsolved. Finally, I went to Professor in Samsun and became a Detailed Inspection. I took the Tomography, MR, Hearing Test. I was diagnosed with cholesteatoma chronic inflammation in my ear, eardrum collapse, bone chain disruptions and conductive hearing loss. It was said that inflammation can melt the ear bones and cause damage to the lining of the brain. Hodja mentioned that this operation has some risks. When I heard that hearing could be completely lost and there could be risks such as facial paralysis, the risks of lying on the operating table were constantly tumbling on my head. As a result of my long researches, Çiğdem Karagündüz and Alev Arıcan Mutlu's suggestions, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Davut Tepe teacher at the Büyük Anadolu Hospital Square Branch. He first gave confidence with his smiling face and clear speeches. He explained the risks and results of the operation to be done in such a clear language that all the risks that could occur when I lie on the operating table were out of my head. Firstly, I rely on Allah and then David, I went to the operating table on 28.01.2020… Thank God that my fears were over with the recovery of my hearing… I returned to control again on 20.02.2020. Hearing Loss has shown a 50-60% reduction in the test I have entered and said it will get better in time.
