★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spor esnasında sağ dizde 3. derece menisküs yırtığı ve ön çapraz bağ yaralanması oluştu. Hastanede ameliyat olmam gerektiğini ve en az 2 ay yürüyüş harici spor yapamayacağım belirtildi. Tavsiye üzerine Betül hocamın kliniğine gittim. Şu anda 4 hafta oldu, çok hızlı ve etkin bir akupunktur, prp ve ozon uygulaması yaptı. Spor hayatıma sprint koşular dahil geri dönüş sağladım. Çok memnunum kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.
During sports, 3rd degree meniscus tear and anterior cruciate ligament injury occurred in the right knee.
