I have endless wounds, it's been 6 years, it's not going away, help me, I'm helpless

I was examined by 16 different dermatologists in Kayseri, I could not find a cure..expert doctors..docents..profes..heads of departments..heads of departments..there was no one I did not go to in Kayseri.I had itching and wart complaints that did not go away for 10 years.lastly ABDULLAH HOCAM I didn't go.
