★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semtin ilk binalarından olması hasebiyle plânlama ve kullanılışı güzel 2+1 dairelerden oluşan fakat kolon direklerinin duvarla sıfır oluşu dışa taşmaması balkonlarınında enaz 10odaya muadil olması gizli dolaplarında 1 oda kadar eşya alması ile yeni tıp 3+1 dairelere tercih edilir ama yinede yenilenmesi gerekir.
Ortak alan ve bina cephelendirilmeside fena değil.
Ancak:Çok Katlı, bloklar bitişik ve asansörler binalara göre küçük ve az çüki o blokları taşıyamıyor.
Nedemişler yiğidi öldür hakkını inkâr etme bana bedava 1 daire verseler oturmakdan imtina etmem.

En büyük sıkıntısı merkezde olması ve giriş kapısının yanına 8 tane ATM olması hasebiyle araçla giriş çıkış çok tehlikeli bir hal almıştır. Tek çözümü giriş kapısının çocuk oyun alanına alınmasıdır. Tüm eksilerine rağmen geniş balkonu, biribirini görmeyen balkon tasarımı ile şimdiki tavuk kümesi büyüklüğündeki sözde 2+1 dairelere taş çıkartacak genişliğe ve kullanışlılığa sahiptir. Ayrıca o kadar kalabalık bir site olmasına rağmen çok sesli değildir.
