★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizim orada derler ki aklını peynir ekmek ile mi yedin? buradayı övmek için yazılan yazıları okuyunca o söz geldi aklıma. Kesinlikle kalınacak bir yer degil, biz mecburiyetten kaldık kalacak başka yer bulamayınca, oteller dolu olunca. Her şey rezalet sadece çalışan personele bırsey dıyemem ama temizlik yok bakım yok hijjen yok ?
 At our place, they say, did you eat your mind with cheese bread? When I read the articles written to praise this place, that word came to my mind. It's definitely not a place to stay, we had to, when we couldn't find another place to stay, when the hotels were full. Everything is a disgrace, I can't say anything to the staff, but there is no cleaning, no maintenance, no hygiene ?

A truly peaceful, clean, family-friendly hotel. There is an open buffet breakfast in the morning and you can benefit from free hot springs. Every time I go to Eskisehir, I prefer to stay in a tame thermal hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel otel ve termal havuz-hamam işletmesi olarak hizmet seviyesinin biraz yükseltilmesi lazım, olduğu kadar düşüncesinden çıkılmalı bence iyi bir aile ortamı ve işini seven insanlardan oluşuyor ama yenileme şart gibi görünüyor. Eskişehir'e, insanlarımıza, dışarıdan gelen misafirlerimize de yakışan budur.
As a general hotel and thermal pool-hammam management, the level of service needs to be increased a little bit. This is what suits Eskişehir, our people and our guests from abroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oda ücreti ile hamam hizmetinin beraber olması çok büyük avantaj. Yol yorgunu geldik. Personel sağolsun ilgilendiler. Memnun kaldık . Kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi. Teşekkür ederiz. Bundan sonra sanırım Eskişehir’deki otelimiz olacak .
It is a great advantage to have the room fee and the hammam service together. We are road tired. Thanks to the staff, they were interested. We are satisfied. The breakfast could have been better. We thank you. From now on, I think it will be our hotel in Eskişehir.
