Kasaya gittiğimde bu sabunluğu almak istedim fakat altında 65 lira yazarken bana sabunluğun 100 lira olduğunu söyledi ben de itiraz ettim gördüğüm fiyattan almak istediğimi söyledim fakat çalışanlar yardımcı olamayacaklarını söyledi daha sonrasında yardımcı olmaları gerektiğini anlattım fakat olmadılar. İtiraz ettiğimde ise bana 100 liralık etiket basayım geleyim diye ukalaca konuştular. Kusura bakmayın bile demediler herşeyden önce müşteri memnuniyeti gerçekten yazık. Ben tüketici olarak her zaman haklıyım hayır etiket yok farklı ürün etiketi var ve bana bunu savunuyorlar. Memlekette çalisicak insan kalmamış bunlar da mecburiyetten çalıştırılıyorlar. Halbuki işletme sahibi gayet samimi sevecen bir insandı çok iyi tanıyorum. Orda olsaydı kesinlikle problemi çözerdi. Bir daha gitmeyeceğim bir adres. Müşteriye saygı çok önemli.

As a consumer, I am always right, there is no label, there are different product labels and they defend me. There are no people left to work in the country, and they are forced to work. However, the owner of the business was a very sincere and loving person, I know him very well. If he was there it would definitely solve the problem. An address I will never go to again. Respect for the customer is very important.
