The hotel is full of cockroaches and other insects. I found one on my pillow! The door to the bathroom didn't close. The only good thing about room was air conditioning.

I would not normally leave such an aggressively low rating but in its current state Uyar Palace is genuinely not fit to operate. Much of the building appears derelict (for example at the end of the hallway on the ground floor the ceiling seems to have collapsed in) and unsafe for occupation. Moreover the electric heater in the shower in our bathroom was improperly installed and gave me a fairly severe electric shock once the shower was running and it became wet. The toilet was also improperly secured to the wall and was leaning forwards at a worrying angle. As for cleanliness, there is none. All the bedding had worrying stains, the fridge had some foul rotting fluid in and leaking out of the bottom, the room felt as though it had not been mopped or vacuumed in the last year, and I don't think any effort had been made to clean the bathroom. This is not just a bad place to stay - it's a safety hazard.

The place was very dirty. The water was hot but the water pressure in the showers was very low. The bathroom was very, very dirty. It had a lot of black mould and was pretty disgusting. There were also plumbing issues; there was a leak from the bathroom above ours that ran down our bathroom wall. The room had a musty, smokey smell - smoking is allowed throughout the hotel. There's a common kitchen but it's very dirty and smelly. On the plus side, the sheets, blankets and pillows are clean. The airconditioning worked. The rooms are a reasonable size. The staff are friendly and helpful, although there was often confusion over whether we'd paid. It's just under 2km walk to the old part of town. It's near plenty of shops. There are other hotels in this price bracket that are better value for money.

This hotel have good choices for good prices.. In the 1st.. The staff there is good and kindness, 2nd.. The place in fact is not too clean they looks like do they best but in opinion all the place needs to refresh. 3rd.. There are kitchen outside, Near to the reception and you can use it. 4th.. There is 3 kind of rooms.. 1- the cheapest room and could be like 30₺, but to know.. There is no air conditioning system there, and in the summer or maybe all the sessions without Winter season you will feel hot and in my opinion it will be unusable. 2- the hostel room.. You will take a room with 5 other people and the price will be like 40₺, and there is air conditioning system.. In my opinion it's will be better with your friend's or family because you'll be with people you know. 3- private room with air conditioning system with price in average 60₺ and this the best if you are 2 and want feel quite and comfort.

The conditions of the building are terrible, if you make a reservation through any website there may be a chance of non alerted modification in the hotel. Every bad condition provided by the hotel is justified by the staff as the cheap price. They don't clean your room or toilets while you're there. There was cockroaches in the building. The bed sheets are not clean enough. Consider paying more in another hotel or hostels instead of staying there.

I stayed in the shared room and it was a very good experience. The shared room is perfect for low budget traveling. It has a balcony as well and the hotel has a central location. I think there is even a small kitchen that can be used. For me it was the perfect place to stay. I also left all my belongings (Laptop, some money, cards) in the shared room and it was all safe. 5 stars especially for the very kind and helpful people working in the hotel! They had some really good tips for sightseeing and dinner as well :)

Probably the worst place I saw not only in Antalya but in the whole country! At first I thought it's a good deal for the price, little did I know that you could actually get a private room in different hotels/hostels in a better area even. Anyway, I was given a room shared for 5 people, there were 5 beds in the room each was more dirty than the other, very old dirty damaged mattress, bed sheets looked like they've never been washed, the toilet inside the room was molded, there also was a hole in the wall about 8 cm. I ran away without saying a good bye! So unless you're in a desperate situation where they offer you a bed in this for free, STAY AWAY! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. You can walk for about 15 min (or take a cab) and you'll find better and decent hotels for the same price.
