★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, sea view won my heart, these sunsets ???. Separately, I would like to thank the animators Mari, Omur, Bobby, you make the rest brighter and more incendiary. Cem (mini club) children always came to you with great pleasure, giving adults the opportunity to relax ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Beautiful views. Nice pools and water parks. All the rooms have a sea view. Perfect for a family vacation. The only cons - stairs it is everywhere, but in combination with delicious food, it may be not a con).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice. One of the best sea views in Turkey I suppose. But, some stuff is very rude. We had an unpleasant experience with one of the guest relation girl, who were very rude to us for no apparent reason. Also a very rude barmen. There were unpleasant smell in our bathroom when we moved in. That why only 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allready the location is fabulous. Rooms are good and clean, personnell is friendly and helpful. Food is good and everyone can find something to eat. Pools are great and lokates in different places in the area, thers a lot of quiet places. Great with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is really great to stay with family. A lot of activities for kids, water slides, many pools etc. Amazing views and large area for walks.
However, what is lacking:
a) I do understand that hotel is oriented towards russian speaking people. Although, majority of staff speaks english, reception which should be good at english - is lacking just basic things in English to say: how to get to the city, how to change currency etc.
b) rooms are not well maintained: a lot of mold, not properly working showers.
c) if you have small infants ask for a room in lower parts of villa because music blasts to maximum level until 2 a.m in main stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The big plus for this hotel is the view. Yes, it’s amazing. However, the hotel itself is average. The rooms are ferely clean, there are plenty of space to lay by the pool and the coctails are pretty tasty. Also, the spa is good, the first program that they offer is worth the money. The food is average, there isn’t much variety of hot meals and sometimes i can’t find anything to eat. Some of the staff is okay, others do not pay much attention to you. Lucky i got a room in the main bulding, so it’s okay. But we visited people who live in the villas and they’re not happy, the rooms are moldy and there’s a smell in their rooms. All in all it’s an okay hotel, however not a 5 star and it’s not worth the money you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying at the hotel right now and are absolutely charmed and impressed by every little thing here! Wonderful place, incredible views and territory, everything is organized on the highest and professional level. Each aspect is perfect: meals (high quality and great choice, nice pastry and ice cream) and drinks (incl. imported liquors, fresh juice, detox point, original turkish tea and coffee, variety of cocktais), huge green and beautiful territory, facilities, sea, beach, views, animation, kids activities, service etc. I would recommend Utopia World to everyone, especially families with children. We certainly would return here again!
