The staff were exeptionally friendly and helpfull the food amazing in the restaurant Ali was great at his job and quick for entertainment there were 2 guys that organised dart and volleyball games who are incredible people and fun to be around i would defenatly recommend the utopia beach club for family holidayb

Beautiful location and sophisticated design, helpful staff. The food was excellent, and menu included seafood and fish. If you're looking for an excellent hotel, don't look any further!

Every time was fine. No WiFi in the rooms at all, not even if you pay. Beaches are beautiful and easy to enter. Food is plentiful, not recommended for vegans.

The worst experience ever. I don't recomend at all! 1. We booked the Villa family rooms and paid for it-47 sqm. When arrived they give us the family room-smaller one-in hotel because the booked one is under repair. 2. Housekeeping is terrible. Our room is on tge end of the hall and there the other neighbours collected wasted food, empty bottles and dirty dishes in front of our door. I asked several times the hotel staff to remove them but after insisting and everytime after 2 days, they removed. 3. No WIFI in room. Only in lobby. 4. The catering staff so lazy. You should wait to be served-no English knowledge. 5. No cleaning in bathroom and no additional shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper in 6 days. We had one small bag of washing powder and after "cleaning" was missed. 6. Caffee is not caffee long water with some taste 7. Some of the catering staff have seen without gloves when handle the food. 8. The Basket and tenis field was not ready since 20th of July. 9. Somebody-I supposed not turist-staring to drill with drilling machine at 22:00 for 45 min and didn't stop even after we claim on reception. 10. No dedicated place to change the beach towels on the way to sandy beach. 11. Bad smell on the gulf-ponton beach. 12. The reception staff all the time when we claim for some issues was looking that we disturbed them from good relaxing time-bad attitude. PS. We still have more 5 days to stay and might the list will became longer. Back with new review. I changed the 1* to 3*. Services and people improved. Still many gaps are in the crew behaviour.

It should have been fabulous place, but sadly it came short... Three beaches to chose from, including a cosy cove with underwater lights, two nice pools one with waterfall bar, sun terraces on the cliff overlooking the cove, great greenery, selection of bars and above average evening entertainment... Rooms are good size and nicely decorated with generous balconies (sea view side worth extra bucks). But hasten renovation spoils the fun. Air conditioning fails regularly as it is some strange composition of old and NW components. Painting and finishing although creatively designed was executed sloppily. But the biggest failing is service. Staff is nice but obviously managed somewhat short of expectation. Response to aircon fix took three complains at the reception, each duly and plitely noted... Food is plentiful and good but floor staff moves in apparent chaos and no managerial control in sight. Guest kept in multiple ques when getting a roll involves waiting for single man finishing his labourious assembly of hot sandwich. Coffee is self-service afternoon but wait in line to get it from waiter serving from the same tank in the morning... Hotel is obviously geared up to Russian guests. All staff talks better Russian than English and always assumed we were Russian... All in all, we enjoyed our time there but some anxieties should not have happened. With some development of middle management and finalisation of renovation, one day it will be hotel to go back to but today, there may be better options

A great destination! Liked almost everything, green area, pleasant staff, cuisine. Even if seemed kind of crowdy, the orange garden was an asylum.

The hotel is great! First of all it’s cosy, even though there are many people. Rooms are comfortable, you won’t hear your neighbors!:) our room had great pool view. There are three beaches easily accessed. The main beach, the largest one was not filled with people, so it was possible to find a good spot. The other two beaches are small but clean and very beautiful. One of the great advantages of the hotel is landscape. It is surrounded by nature. You don’t have a feeling that you’re simply in a hotel. The food was delicious. There was a lot of meat, fish, sweets, etc. You can have different menu every day. Staff is very friendly, many people understand English a bit :) The main pool wasn’t very crowded. In general, it’s a wonderful place to spend your holidays!
