İstanbul’da arabamı kurcalatmayıp her sene Antalya’ya geldiğimde tüm derdime derman olandır kendisi. Ne gerekiyorsa onu yapar ne eksik ne fazla! Ford ustası arıyorsanız mutlaka uğrayın, ne demek istediğimi zaten çok kısa sürede anlayacaksınız.
 Ibrahim Utku, not only with his mastery, knowledge and need of self-improvement but most importantly with his gentleman personality, was in Antalya; Ford is one of the few experts in Turkey you can come across. Not having my car set up in Istanbul every year when I come to Antalya, it is all about me. It does whatever it takes, what's missing! If you are looking for a Ford master, stop by, you will soon understand what I mean.

İbrahim Usta does really great work with his young and dynamic team. Sometimes you'll come across a know-it-all in this field, but it's also rare to find someone you can trust. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otomatik vites Aracimdaki sıkıntıyı anlattım ve artı bakim yaptırmak istiyorum dedim telefonda tamam deyip randevu verdiler ,yagi filtreleri değiştirip biz otomatik vitese bakmıyoruz deyip faturayı kestiler,benim için kötü bir tecrübe oldu.
I explained the problem in my automatic transmission vehicle and I said I want to have plus maintenance, they said ok on the phone and made an appointment, they changed the oil filters and said we don't look at the automatic transmission and cut the bill, it was a bad experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben antalya'da yasamiyorum ama yasadigim sehirde 1yetkili 2 özel servisin tesbit edemedigi ya da duzeltemedigi arizami cok kisa surede halletti ibrahim usta. son derece nazik, guler yuzlu ve ilgili bir insan. ford marka aracinizda herhangi bir sorun varsa gonul rahatligi ile gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. bir suru musterinin ufak tefek isini de hic para talep etmeden nasil hallettigini gozlerimle gordum. kendisine kisa surede cok saygi duydum. kendisine bol kazanclar dilerim.
I don't live in Antalya, but ibrahim Usta took care of my problem in a very short time, which 1 authorized 2 special services could not detect or fix in the city I live in. He is an extremely kind, smiling and caring person. If you have any problems with your ford brand vehicle, I recommend you to go with peace of mind. I saw with my own eyes how a lot of customers did their little work without asking for any money. I had a lot of respect for him in a short time. I wish him good luck.
