Gözle görülür farkı yaşamak için bende kendisine başvurdum ve bugüne dek gezdiğim diyetisyenlerin aksine dolapta bulunan malzemelerle diyet yapmamı sağladı. Motive etmesi, ilgisi ve bilgisi kıyaslanamayacak kadar iyi. Ben 3 ayda 18 kg verdim ve diyeti bırakalım 1,5 yıl oluyor halâ kilomu koruyorum ve verdiği püf noktalarla 3 kg daha verdim. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
