Dürümün Hatay katık dürüm ile zerre alakası yok,bildiğiniz evde yapılan dürüm şeklinde artı Hatay özel sosundan kullanmıyorlar,sos niyetine domates suyu kullanılmıştı,hatta sosu yokmu deyince çay bardağında da domates suyu getirdiler,
Yani hatay usulü dürüm arıyorsanız sakın,sakın,sakın...
zaten buradakinin aynısını evde de yaparsınız!!!
As someone who lived in Iskender for 6 years, I say;
The wrap has nothing to do with the Hatay sweet wrap, they do not use it in the form of home made wrap plus Hatay special sauce, tomato juice was used as sauce, even when they said they didn't have sauce, they brought tomato juice in a tea glass.
So if you are looking for an error-style wrap, do not, do not ...
you can do the same at home anyway !!!
