★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think their work is good, but the communication wasn’t. They told us the prices of everything, and said the installation was free. They charged us for the installation. I would have installed them myself, but ‘free’ sounded better. Well, it’s installed, and I hope it works.
I did ask 3 times in the store, to verify that it was free. Apparently the communication was still unclear between us.
It’s a good store with parts you might need. Don’t let them install for you, unless you want to pay. Our installation cost 600TL for some shower water heaters that cost 800TL. Cable and circuit breakers were extra, but fairly priced. Total for the project 1500TL.
Thanks for the prompt installation, and getting it done. No thanks for false expectations!
