★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen sene 3 tane halimi verdim sanki sadece süpürülüp geri getirilmiş gibi geldi lekeler duruyordu, bu sene farklı bi yere verdim Allah razı olsun onlardan leke kalmamış halılarda, bir daha kesinlikle sizi tercih etmem ,edeceklere de tavsiye etmem
 Last year, I gave me 3 pieces as if it was just swept and brought back, the stains were still standing, this year I gave it to a different place, God bless them, I will never choose you again, I would not recommend it to those who will.

I am very sorry I gave my 2 3.5 m2 2 1.5 m2 carpets to wash on Monday. My carpets came on Thursday morning. 100 TL. I gave money, the carpets were not even watered! There are hairs on it! I received it, they said they would come and buy it on Saturday. They were going to wash again! If necessary, I will report to the Consumer Association.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 tane halı bir stor verdim. 2 halım şağiydi ve hiç açılmamış renkleri, digerleri iyi yıkanmıştı ama. Birde şaginin birini bir yere yaşlamışlar pas lekesi olmuş arkası.Arasam ilgilenirlerdi diye düşünüyorum ama ben de işten dolayı arıyamadım. Stor perdede yer yer kir dalgaları kalmış.
I gave 8 carpets and a blind. 2 of my carpets were low and unopened colors, the others were well washed though. Also, one of the shagis has aged somewhere and its back has a rust stain. I think they would take care of it if I called, but I couldn't call because of work. There are some dirt waves left on the roller blind.
