The thing we regret most in Cappadocia was witnessing that our cultural assets were left to their fate without protection. The frescoes defied the years but could not escape our curse. We have treated our unique history as garbage. Thankfully, we witnessed that an enlightened family like the Büyükakten family kept our history alive, and we were sprinkled with some water. It was a very good experience to visit an underground house that was explained so carefully and beautifully, and to learn with brochures, QR codes and signboards. I congratulate the Büyükakten family, and I owe a debt of gratitude to this precious family for their valuable work.

It is a natural stone hill next to the Urgup Regional Bus Terminal. The fourth-generation grandson converted his grandmother's underground cave house into a museum. I almost forgot to pass by, but I paid 5 lira per person and entered the basement. One way too way is possible. If you go to Görmo, you can see the rocky mountain from the Urgup terminal, which is a 16-minute drive by Dolmus. At first glance, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you go underground, it's amazing. If you go out and look around the mosque of the old village throughout Dolsan, you will feel like a small adult village from an old fairy tale.
