★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience riding hot air balloon. They picked us from our hotel before sun rise. The session started with breakfast and orientation about the ride.Then they took us to the field where we saw several balloons getting ready to go up! Definitely something to get on your bucket list! Loved the experience! They give you pictures and certificate after the ride.Although, pricey! The whole thing costed around 320 canadian dollars per person.(that's why 4 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked us up on time at 5:30am in the morning. Balloon went close to multiple structures. Pilot was humorous. Got us back to the hotel by 8:30 ish. No complaints! Everything went well. A word of advice though. Try to be the last to board the balloon. The first people to enter (like us) get stuck on the side. The last person gets the coveted corner spot. It's definitely got a nicer unobstructed view. Then again someone's gotta be in the center so don't make it a big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the last ones to lift off the ground, after they changed the lift off area in the last minute, and after a failed attempt to lift the balloon.
We missed the sunrise because of the incompetence of the crew.
Dozens of balloons in the air, while ours is still being heated up.
Flight was supposed to last ~1 hr, but only lasted 40 minutes because we were already 1 hour late with the schedule.
Payed 140 euro for this mess.
I do not recommend this particular company! Pick another!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with Urgup baloons. The pilot was friendly and he tried to give us the best views and he explained to us everything we had to know. They took us from the hotel and at the end of the flight brought us back. The flight and landing were easy without any issues. We definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed the sunrise due to poor organization, which is the key point of the experience.
They failed to launch the balloon the first time and struggled the second time, and the delay was about an hour. It was sunny already when they were inflating the balloon. It was very crowded, you couldn't move properly without bumping the other ones next to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to thank the red hair lady and the driver, they were just amazing! Very professional + experienced, great tour, they put us a titanic song to relax ? they made us a tour around the valleys and when the time came we went 700m to enjoy the sunrise, when other balloons were at 100m above the ground. Amazing Urgup Team from A to Z, highly recommended!!
