Urga Butik Otel

We went with the recommendation of a friend and they gave a large, comfortable and clean room at an affordable price. It only had a small bathroom for that size room. The lack of an elevator due to being a low-rise building was a bit tiring in terms of downloading and removing our extra-piece holiday/travel suitcase bag combination... The staff and the owner of the hotel are very interested in everyone. They have a nice relationship with the head of the hostel rather than the hotel. I was really satisfied. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We ordered boiled eggs twice for the boy (the first one was apricot, I ate it ?) and they brought it back right away without any objection... The extras were very affordable... Thank you...

Unfortunately, the only memory we have left from the hotel is our belongings that we forgot at the hotel and which they did not send even though they promised. Every time they say "we sent it but it didn't arrive" and they can't send the postal tracking code. They are not sincere.

Great team were very satisfied and totally helpful. The view is great right on the sea. Breakfast overlooking the sea. Only 10 km from the airport.

Close to the city center and the airport. The breakfast is excellent. It is worth going even to drink the meticulously made black coffee of Dear Zerrin Hanım, overlooking the sea. Rooms are clean spacious. The staff is meticulous. It is a boutique hotel where you can spend a comfortable holiday with children as at home. Gulluk is the perfect place for a quiet rest. I would like to thank Ms. Gukser and Mr. Sener, who welcomed us as guests. I would definitely recommend it, it is one of the must-see places. .
