Şubelerine gidiyorum kapı duvar, arayan numarayı arıyorum açmıyorlar. Geri de dönmüyorlar. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS kargo ile gelen kargom vardı oturduğum yere ulaşım sağlayamıyorlarmıs ben gelip alacağım dediğimde 18.00 ile 20.00 arasında açığız dediler giderken teyit için aradığımda bugün yoğunuz 19.00 ile 21.00 arasında açıcaz dediler 20.30 da gittiğimde ise kapalıyız diyorlar ne bu saçmalık 1 puan bile vermezdim ama daha düşüğü yoktu
I had a cargo that came with UPS cargo, can't they provide transportation to where I live, when I said they are open between 18.00 and 20.00 when I called for confirmation on the way, they said we are busy today, they will open between 19.00 and 21.00, when I go at 20.30, they say we are closed, what is this nonsense I would not even give 1 point, but there was no lower.
