The cargo sent from Elazig on the 18th of the month is still not delivered within the specified dates. It was the first time I came across such a branch of UPS.

It's a very strange company. Everything is strange in Tunceli anyway. This is the first place where an international company like UPS is worse than PTT's old times. No cargo has been delivered for a week, it's waiting at the branch. It's great.
