R	Raspberry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS firmasına genel olarak bir şey diyemem ama bu şehirdeki o kadar kötü bir şube ki. Açık ara gördüğüm en kötü kargo şubesi Osmaniye UPS'tir. Telefonlara bakmıyorlar, dağıtıma çıkan kargo gelecek mi gelmeyecek mi o da ayrı bir sıkıntı zaten. Tek benim de değil kimsenin telefonlarına bakmıyorlar. Bir ara kargoyu kendim gidip şubeden alayım demiştim o sırada da milletin kargolarını fırlatıyorlardı oradan oraya, çalışan beni görünce fırlatma falan yaptı ben olmasam yine fırlatılacak herhalde. Sıfır müşteri memnuniyeti cidden. Düzenleme: Hafif konuşmuşum. Türkiye şartlarında açık ara en kötü kargo şubesi UPS'in Osmaniye'deki şubesidir. - yıldız verebilsek o puanları vereceğim 1 yıldız bile fazla bunlara. I can't say anything to UPS in general, but it's such a bad branch in the city. By far the worst cargo branch I have ever seen is Osmaniye UPS. They do not look at the phones, whether the delivered cargo will arrive or not, it is a separate problem anyway. They don't check anybody's phones, not just mine. At one point I said that I should go and get the cargo from the branch, and at that time they were throwing the cargo of the nation from there, when the employee saw me, they launched something, I guess it will be launched again if I am not. Zero customer satisfaction seriously. Edit: I have spoken lightly. The worst cargo branch in Turkey is by far the branch of UPS in Osmaniye. - If we can give stars, I will give those points even more than 1 star for them.

The cargo is in the follow-up. My cargo has been seen at the branch for 4 days.

Ups müşteri temsilcisini aramaktan, rezervasyon oluşturmaktan yoruldum. Azıcık işini yapsa keşke herkes. Doesn't even a person pick up the phone, for God's sake, what are you doing there? Isn't your job to receive and distribute cargo? Why haven't you come and received a parcel for two weeks? I'm tired of calling ups customer representative and making reservations. I wish everyone did a little work.
