An irresponsible branch. Their staff should be warned seriously by the UPS management. I will not use UPS shipping again.

Opening and closing times are irrelevant to what it says on the internet. Opening 10:30, closing 4:30. It's a serious job. They're not answering their phone. I can't see in detail where my cargo is.

METU is a cargo organization that provides quality service. Especially the employees are tremendous. In the past, there was Mahir Bey, now Cemil Bey. These are the employees that add value to the ups. Just to see the faces of these guys, we release a minimum of 5 posts a day from technopolis with Ups.

It was said that the package comes on the road 2 days ago. I am at home 24 hours, there is no incoming or outgoing. It was impossible to reach hours to ask what happened on the internet. No answer.
