★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vatan Bilgisayardan aldığım kargoyu kaybettiler, açıklamaları ise çalındı oldu. Vatan computer bir şekilde yenisini gönderdi ama zorunda olmazsam asla kullanmam, kapısına uğramam.
 They lost the cargo I bought from Vatan Bilgisayar, and their explanations were stolen. Vatan computer somehow sent a new one, but if I don't have to, I never use it, I don't stop by its door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ucuz şirket, ucuz personel , kalitesiz yönetim , kalitesiz standartlar , kalitesiz müşteri hizmetleri , ürünü zamanında ulaştırmalarını geçtim artık gelen kargonuzu gidip kendiniz almanız lazım , dağıtıma çıktıklarında ise boş beyinli , bodrumun hiç bir yerini bilmeyen adamlar yola çıkıyor hatta çıkmıyor bile olabilirler. Telefonları açmıyorlar hatta meşgule atıyorlar , müşteri hizmetleri desen 15 dakika boyunca bağlanmayı bekliyorsun asla sıra sana gelmiyor. Tavsiyem eğer bir ürün alıcaksanız ve ups ile çalışıcaklarını söyledilerse direkt satın almayı iptal edin fazladan 5 lira verip daha hak eden ve müşteri memnuniyeti fazla olan bir firmayı tercih edin.
Cheap company, cheap staff, poor quality management, poor quality standards, poor quality customer service, timely delivery of the product. They don't pick up the phones, even they are busy, customer service pattern, you wait to be connected for 15 minutes, it is never your turn. My advice is if you are going to buy a product and they said they will work with ups, cancel the purchase directly, give an extra 5 lira and choose a company that deserves more and has more customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaç gündür kargom ellerinde dağıtıma çıktı diyor üç gündür gelen giden yok. şirket telefonu açılmıyor açsa da suratına kapatıyor. böyle rezillik UPS adına yakışmıyor. Bodrum şubeyi kapatın daha iyi en azından isminize leke gelmez.
It says how many days my cargo has been delivered to them, there has been no incoming or outgoing for three days. The company does not open the phone, but hangs up in the face even if it does not. such disgrace does not befit the name of UPS. Better close the Bodrum branch, at least your name won't be tarnished.

Ulaşmaya çalışıyorum, telefonu açmasalar daha iyi, açıp insanın yüzünde kapatıp sinir zıplatıyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerinden bir yetkiliye de ulaşmak mümkün değil. Mudo'nun UPS'le çalıştığını bilsem kesinlikle alışveriş yapmazdım. Onlar da firmaya ulaşamadıklarından olsa gerek bana bilgi veremiyorlar. Elzem bir şey değil alt tarafı giysi ama yine de keyif kaçırıyor.
The products I bought on July 29 were delivered to the cargo on August 2 and my cargo has been waiting at the same branch for 6 days. I'm trying to reach them, it's better if they don't pick up the phone, they turn it on and close it on one's face, making them nervous. It is not possible to reach a representative from customer service. If I knew Mudo was working with UPS, I definitely wouldn't have bought it. They can't give me information, probably because they can't reach the company. It's not essential, it's just clothing, but it's still annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurye adresi bulamayıp bana telefon etti. Cadde adı ve bina nosu var, nasıl bulamıyor, anlamış değilim. "Eksik adres" olarak durum güncellemesi yapmış. "Sen gelemezsen ben şubeden alırım" demiştim, kolay yolu seçip "kargo sahibi şubeye gelecek" diye durum güncellemiş.
Yarın bu iş çözülmezse bu kuryenin adını da buraya yazacağım. Bakıp belki utanır.
The courier couldn't find the address and phoned me. It has a street name and building number, I don't understand how I can't find it. He made a status update as "missing address". I said "If you can't come, I will pick it up from the branch", I chose the easy way and updated the status by saying "the cargo owner will come to the branch".
If this is not resolved tomorrow, I will write the name of this courier here. Maybe he'll be embarrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get your packages sent via UPS. They are not responsive. This UPS branch in Bodrum turns off their phones. Had an overnight delivery take a week. Package came from Germany in a few hours, but took 5 days from the Bodrum UPS office.
Wish I could give no stars.
