★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık iki haftadır kargom şubede beklemekte, ne bilgi ne çözüm, ne telefon hiç bir yol yok ulaşmaya. Zaten UPS firması ile önceki tecrübelerim de pek hoş değildi, kendim seçebilsem kesinlikle tercih etmezdim ama ürünü aldığım firma sadece UPS’le çalıştığı için mecbur kaldım. Ama sonuç yanıltmadı, tahminim ürünü bekletip bekletip geri gönderecekler. Açıklamaya da “alıcı adreste bulunamadı yazarlarsa şaşmam”.
My cargo has been waiting at the branch for about two weeks, there is no information, no solution, no phone, no way to reach it. My previous experience with the UPS company was not very pleasant anyway, I would definitely not choose if I could choose it myself, but I had to because the company I bought the product from only works with UPS. But the result was not wrong, my guess is that they will wait and send the product back. I wouldn't be surprised if they write "the recipient was not found at the address" in the description.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yildiz bile haketmiyor. İade kargo gonderdim. iletisim cagindayiz, msj yok, mail yok, telefonlara cevap yok. Yasadigim bolgede subesi de yoktu, surec cok zor oldu. Bir daha asla bu kargo ile calisan firmadan alis veris yapmam.
Doesn't even deserve one star. I sent return shipping. We are in the age of communication, no msg, no mail, no answer to the phones. There was no branch in the region I live in, the process was very difficult. Never again will I buy from this company that works with this cargo.
