★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo çalışanları çok terbiyesiz .Kargo kesinlikle gelmiyor şubede oturup sohbet ediyorlar telefona bile bakılmıyor.bu kargo firmasından uzak durun.çalışanları zaten yakında orayı batırır.
 Cargo employees are very rude. Cargo is definitely not coming. They sit in the branch and chat. The phone is not even answered. Stay away from this cargo company. Its employees will screw it up soon anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşinizi yapın ya sizden başka birşey beklenmiyor. Böyle rezil bir şube/firma olamaz. Dağıtıma çıktı diye mesaj gönderip kargonu teslim etmezler. Ararsın ulaşamazsın, bir muhatap bulamazsın. Hakkımı helal etmiyorum, firmayada çalışanlara da.
Do your job or nothing else is expected of you. There cannot be such a disgraceful branch/company. They don't send a message because it's out for distribution and they don't deliver your cargo. You can't reach, you can't find a contact person. I do not give my rights, nor to those who work in the company.

Such a disgraceful company. They're holding the cargoes. It says that the cargo that comes in 1 day with any other company is still in distribution. It takes weeks. NEVER PREFER

5 gündür kargo mu teslim etmiyorlar. Takip'den baktığımda Adres yanlış yazıyor, adresime hergün diğer kargoculardan gönderi geliyor NASIL YANLIŞ. Müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşılamıyor.
STAY AWAY !!!
They do not deliver cargo for 5 days. When I look at Tracking, the address is written incorrectly, I receive a shipment from other courier companies every day, HOW WRONG. Unable to reach customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Büyükelçiliğini pasaportumu sorduğumda 3 gün önce UPS kargoya verdik. Ama UPS'ten bana hiç bir bildirim gelmediği için Konya'daki UPS'in iki ofisine gittim. Elimizde kargonuz yok dedi, Büyükelçiliği göndermedi dediler. Hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Sinirbozucu tam şerefsiz görevlileri var. Ne işlerini ne de genel ahlakları öğrenmişler.
When I asked the Embassy for my passport, we gave UPS cargo 3 days ago. But since I did not receive any notification from UPS, I went to two UPS offices in Konya. He said we don't have your cargo, they said he didn't send the embassy. They were not helpful in any way. They have irritating full-fledged servants. They did not learn their jobs or general morals.

Çalışanlar Gayet Güler Yüzlü Ve Yardımsever Fakat Kargonun Konumu Kesinlikle Şehire Çok Uzak Öğrenciler Ve Kişisel Aracı Olmayan Kişiler İçin Ulaşım Çok Ama Çok Sıkıntılı Tüm Gününüz Mahvolabilir. Kargoya Gitmeyi Hiç Düşünmeden Eve Kurye Çağırın Yoksa Kesinlikle Pişman Olursunuz.
Service Very Good. The Staff Are Very Friendly And Helpful But The Location Of The Cargo Is Definitely Too Far From The City Transportation For Students And Persons Who Don't Have A Personal Vehicle It Is Very But Very Difficult. Your Whole Day Can Be Ruined. Call Home Courier Without Thinking About Going To Cargo Or You Will Definitely Regret.
