Keşke alışveriş yaptığım online mağazalar hep sizinle çalışsa. Teslim alamadığım kargoyu 2.defa getiriyor olmanız, telefonda yeterli bilgiyi sağlıyor olmanız, pandemi döneminde hijyen ve mesafe kurallarına uygun çalışmanız çok kıymetli. Kargo yükleme ve indirme noktasına neredeyse her gün farklı araçlar park ettiği için sürekli o noktanın boş olmasını bekliyorlar. Gelişi güzel park eden araçlar nedeniyle ve park yasaklarına uymayan sürücüler nedeniyle zorluk yaşıyorlar. Yine de güler yüzlü hizmetleri ve kusursuz bir hizmet anlayışla çalışıyorlar. Bunlarla aynı gün sipariş verdiğim kargolar 2 günde getirdi beden olmadığı için iade ettim para iadesi bile sağlandı bunlar daha teslim edecek. Korkunç bir kargo.
