The courier name is Ferit Ortaç, I don't see any trouble writing this anymore. It was delivered at half past 8 in the morning. It wasn't delivered until 19 in the evening. I told it many times that it was urgent, but it wasn't delivered. Are you kidding people, what a disgraceful service mentality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargonuz şubede gelip alabilirsiniz dediler, gittiğimde şubede olmadığını araçta olduğunu dediler. Siz eve gidin akşam 7 de getireceğiz dediler ve getirmediler. 4 gündür kargoyu almak eziyete dönüştü siparişimi iptal edip başka firmadan gönderim yapılmasını rica ettim.
They said you can come and collect your cargo at the branch, when I went they said it was not in the branch but in the vehicle. They said you go home, we will bring it at 7 pm and they didn't. Receiving the cargo for 4 days turned into a grind. I canceled my order and asked to send it from another company.
