★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo şubeye geldikten sonra 2 gün geçmesine rağmen eve getirmediler. Buradan yorumları okuyunca dağıtım konusunda ne kadar rezil bir durum olduğunu anladım. Ayrıca şubeye ulaşabileceğiniz telefon numarası bile yok. UPS kargo web sitesinden müşteri hizmetlerinin numarasını arayıp durumu şikayet etmek istedim. Ama müşteri hizmetleri sadece kargo takibi ve eve kurye çağırmak için hizmet veriyor. Şikayetiniz varsa UPS kargo web sitesindeki iletişim ve şikayet formunu dolduracaksınız. Finally, I went and received the parcel from the branch. I give zero points to both the Niğde branch and the UPS company. Even 1 star is too much.

2 haftadır kargomu bekliyorum hala yok.
A decent company. I don't understand why they are working with this shipping company. Supposedly international bidet. No one is answering the phones.
I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks and still nothing.
