★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didim UPS kargo şubesi kapanalı 7-8 yıl olmuş. Şimdi aynı adreste elektrik tesisatı dükkanı var. Dükkan sahibi her gün 50-60 kişinin yanlış geldiğini ve hepsine de açıklama yapmak zorunda kaldığını söylüyor. Didimde artık UPS Kargo şubesi yok. Salı ve Perşembe günleri Didim'e dağıtıma geliyorlarmış. Benim gibi boş yere gidip şube aramayın.
It has been 7-8 years since the Didim UPS cargo branch was closed. Now there is an electrical installation shop at the same address. The shopkeeper says 50-60 people come wrong every day and have to explain to all of them. There is no UPS Cargo branch in Didim anymore. They were coming to Didim for distribution on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Do not go looking for a branch like me.

Araba yüklü olduğu için yokuş çıkamazlarmış. 15kg koliyi site girişine bırakmalarını istedim. Site bekçilerine rica ettim eve bırakmaları için. Ups görevlisinden bir ton azar da cabası. 15 dakikadır evi bulamıyorlarmış!
The rude staff, the parcel that did not arrive on time, wrote that my approval period for the product has expired on the website where I shop, in order not to make negative comments.
Because the car was loaded, they couldn't go uphill. I asked them to drop the 15kg parcel at the site entrance. I asked the site keepers to take them home. Not to mention a ton of scolds from the Ups officer. They haven't been able to find the house for 15 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İade edilecek kargom var, kargoyu gelip almaları için istek oluşturdum ne gelen var ne giden ne de muhattap. Kargomun iade süresi bitecek ozamanmı gelicekler acaba? Üstelik müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum orada da muhattap yok otomatik kayıttan konuşup yüzümüze kapatıyor. Tam bir fiyasko. Kargoları ups ile gönderen online mağazalardan sipariş vermemeye dikkat etmekten başka çare yok gibi gözüküyor.

Moreover, I call customer service, there is no interlocutor there, he speaks from the automatic recording and hangs up in our face. A complete fiasco. Pandemi sebebiyle değil bence .Nasıl olur da bir firmanın ( hem de kurumsal olduğunu iddia eden bir firmanın ) hiç bir telefonuna ulaşılamaz? Bir telefon yahu... Diğer firmalarla da çalışıyoruz. Pandemi filan değil .İş ciddiyetinden yoksunluk bu..
Why do you give a phone number if you are not going to open it please? I do not have a car. I have to be home when they arrive, but when and which day? I don't think it's because of the pandemic. How can any phone of a company (and a company claiming to be corporate) can't be reached? A phone call... We also work with other companies. It's not a pandemic. It's a lack of seriousness.
