They wrote that the customer will take it for the undelivered cargo, but the customer (!) has been going from the door to the wall twice. All other cargo next to each other are open, these are closed! The days I go are 12 noon on Cm, 10 in the morning on the eve of the day.... If a cargo is kept at the branch for 6 days due to bad weather conditions, even this score is high. Especially if the address is a public institution where thousands of people come and go by car every day. I call it a haphazard event because I live it.
