I have a cargo that leaves the UPS hub and cannot arrive in 5 days. I will not order cargo from UPS again.

Ups.kargo kayıt sistemi yok.Gelen her müşteri hep yeni kayıt yaptırıyor.Çok bekletiyor ve en önemlisi kargo çok geç teslim oluyor.

There is no ups.kargo registration system. Every incoming customer always registers a new one. It takes a long time to wait and most importantly, the cargo is delivered very late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kargom acildi takibini yaptığım halde pakete müdahale edemedim.kendi kafalarında hareket ettiler. müşteri şikayetini bile gözardı ettiler. beni bilgilendirmeden eksik adres denildi müşteri ilişkiler bölümüne bildirdiğim halde halen kargo eksik adres diyerek kendi bildikleri yoldan gittiler en geç 2 günde almam gereken kargo 13 gün oldu gelmedi ve iadeye düştü. teşekkür ederim ups ekibine vaktimi yediniz.paketin teslim edilmemesini demiyorum.
My cargo was urgent, but I could not intervene in the package even though I followed it up. They acted on their own minds. They even ignored customer complaints. It was said that there is a missing address without informing me. Even though I reported it to the customer relations department, they still went the way they knew by saying the cargo is missing address. thank you to the ups team, you ate my time. I'm not saying that the package should not be delivered.
