★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubeye telefon ile ulaşabilmek mümkün değil, bilerek meşgulde bırakıyorlar. Kargonuzu zamanında teslim etmiyorlar, kısacası Erzurum’da yaşıyorsanız Ups Palandöken yazısını görürseniz o kargonun size ulaşması pek mümkün değil. Ups’nin bu şubeye bir çözüm bulması gerekiyor.
 It is not possible to reach the branch by phone, they deliberately leave it busy. They do not deliver your cargo on time, in short, if you live in Erzurum, if you see the Ups Palandöken text, it is not likely to reach you. Ups needs to find a solution to this branch.

The phones are not answered, there is no customer service and they have taken my cargo prisoner for 4 days and it has not been delivered yet. We asked UPS because it is fast, we made a big mistake.

You can reach us directly when you call by phone. I have never seen such a service in any other cargo company, I hope it will be an example for other cargoes.

I went to collect my cargo, it was a heavy cargo. There was no one except a female employee working. remove cargo download measure and weigh I did all the operations myself. how accurate is it to employ the client for these jobs. I don't think I will use this shipping company again.
